Need to loose weight? I'm trying to make some changes as well

Burn excess calories. Make friends who have an active lifestyle, join a gym or get a treadmill at home. Remember to increase your exercise in ... get inspired, talk to people who have had success in weight loss because there will be a lot of inspiration. Try to sleep well and enough, reduce stress and live happy. Have fun when you reach your weight loss goals monthly
