Life may be stressful, but that doesn't mean we need to let stress negatively impact ourselves, our relationships or our work. The challenge is that since stress is a psychological and physical reaction to situations or events in our life, it can build over time. The result is that sometimes it can creep up on us such that is obvious to others and negatively impact our lives to a much greater extent than we are aware of ourselves. The good news is that with a bit of focus and time you can more effectively manage the stress in your life, so you are happier, more relaxed, and more effective in what you do personally and professionally.
If only saying things like this to yourself always worked!
